AmendLogic is not a regulated financial institution, licensed investment firm, investment adviser, asset manager, or credit institution within the meaning of the German Banking Act (Kreditwesengesetz, KWG), the German Securities Institutions Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz, WpIG), or Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II).

We are not subject to supervision by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin), the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), or any comparable regulatory body.

The services offered by AmendLogic are limited to the provision of technical software tools (TradingView strategy scripts) for educational and informational purposes. No investment advisory services within the meaning of § 1(1a) No. 1a KWG are provided. No client funds are managed and no orders are executed on behalf of users.

Dispute Resolution under VSBG

Pursuant to § 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG), we are not required to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, and we are not willing to do so.

Liability for Content (§ 7(1) TMG)

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law pursuant to § 7(1) TMG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general law remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a specific infringement becomes known. Upon becoming aware of any such infringement, we will remove the relevant content without delay.
